Vista Style Builder of Andreas Verhoeven is for Windows Vista what is StyleBuilder of TGT SOFT for Windows XP.
In fact, create a visual style for Vista isn't really easy because you have to manipulate files such as uxtheme.dll, themeui.dll, shsvcs.dll.
